Hello, everyone!
Two weeks have now passed since the state of emergency was declared on April 16th. It was supposed to run until May 6th, but they're already saying it may be extended… You can't help thinking it might just keep going like this until a vaccine comes out. But in a globalized world, wherever you live and wherever you flee, I don't think you can escape the coronavirus that's spreading rapidly across the world.
Still, isn't it important not to run from a problem, but to confront it?
We launched "100 COVID-19 Response Projects from Around the World" under the banner of "The World is ONE." Our aim is to hear the real voices of individuals and companies around the world who are fighting the coronavirus, borrow their wisdom, and — we hope — turn it into hints that help you fight the coronavirus yourself. There are also messages of support from around the world at the end of each project introduction, so please do take a look!

This is the theater where I, still in Shanghai four years ago, did my internship. Every year Japan's "Gekidan Hikosen" also came to the theater, staging plays like "Chibi Maruko-chan" and "Peter Pan" for the children of Shanghai.

Everyone's Japanese is really excellent! Far more polite than mine… lol I don't understand Italian, but someday I'd love to have an online drinks session with everyone! And whenever I go to Italy someday, I'd love for you to show me around!
