Hello, everyone. Good evening. This is the Web-DOG Executive Committee.

In July of this year, to solve the problem of rebuilding and re-establishing a brand meant to last the next 100 years for "Azumamine Brewery," a long-established sake brewery in Iwate Prefecture with 340 years of history, students from the local Morioka Information Business & Design College gave a presentation. That became the catalyst for launching "Web Digital Open Group | Web-DOG," a project where local companies × schools × students solve regional problems.

This first project, "Web-DOG Iwate: Azumamine Brewery Site Renewal," has already entered the production phase and is progressing smoothly. You can follow the project's progress from the note articles below.

  1. Web-DOG Iwate: "Web-DOG," a project to advance regional digital transformation (DX) through industry-academia collaboration, holds its first student competition in Iwate.
  2. Web-DOG Iwate: Kickoff Meeting Report
  3. Web-DOG Iwate: Concept Brainstorming Report
  4. Web-DOG Iwate: Regular Meeting Report

A request for cooperation to hold the event in Gunma

While "Web-DOG Iwate" is progressing smoothly, we held a meeting with a vocational school in Gunma Prefecture. They kindly offered to cooperate, saying "let's make it a success in Gunma." And so, in order to carry out the second project, "Web-DOG Gunma," we're borrowing the power of crowdfunding to recruit Gunma companies willing to cooperate!
